Marina Gate is located on one of the best remaining undeveloped plots of Dubai Marina. The complex consists of two residential buildings and one hotel/serviced apartment tower to be managed by the Jumeirah Group. Overview

  • Developed by Select Group; considered one of the largest single developers of property in Dubai Marina (other projects by the Developer include: West Avenue, The Torch Tower, The Point, Bay Avenue and Botanica).

 

  • The complex is located directly on the Marina and consists of 3 high-rise buildings

 

  • Tower 1 & 2 are residential buildings while Tower 3 will be a hotel / serviced apartments to be managed by Jumeirah Group

 

  • Tower 1 & 3 will rise 53 storeys and Tower 2 will be 64 storeys tall.

 

  • Construction underway; Tower 1 expected to be handed over in 2017 while Towers 2 & 3 will most likely be delivered in 2018.

Tower 1

 

Tower 1 was launched in 2014 and sold out over a period of 6 months.

 

Launch prices ranged from AED 1,700 - 2,000 per sq. ft.

 

Tower 2

 

As of May 2016, over 80% of the units in Marina Gate 2 are sold out. Prices range from AED 1,800 - 2,000 per sq. ft.
